As you may know, I am trained and qualified as a breathwork and mediation facilitator, through Cool to be conscious with worldwide accreditation under the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
The call will go for 45 minutes, I will introduce the process to you and talk about what to expect (listed below)
It will be a 20-minute breathwork session, we will use gentle, conscious connected breathing patterns designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
We will use the remaining time for integration, coming back to the present.
You may experiencel:
light-headedness or tingling
emotional release or shifts in mood
changes in body temperature
feelings of openness, clarity, or calm
deep relaxation or mild activation
These sensations are normal and usually pass quickly. You are always in control of your experience.
You are encouraged to pause, slow down, or stop at any time if something feels uncomfortable. Support will be provided throughout the session.
