My coaching is grounded in both lived experience and formal training.

I know what it feels like to be caught in patterns of overthinking, overwhelm, anxiety, and disconnection,  because I’ve walked that path myself and I spent longer there than I wish I had. Years of pushing, performing, seeking external approval, validation, and people-pleasing led me to depression, burnout and emotional exhaustion. I was tired of trying to be someone that everyone else expected me to be - family, friends, my netball career and through my university and career.

My healing began when I turned inward,  learning to regulate my nervous system, listen to my body, face my own thoughts and patterns and meet myself with deep compassion.

Through this journey, I became passionate about helping others do the same. I've trained as a Holistic Life Coach, Mind-Body Practitioner, Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, and Level 2 Reiki Energy Healer,  blending science-backed tools with energetic and somatic wisdom.

Today, through my Resilience and Flow Coaching I guide women to release stored emotions, regulate their nervous systems, to truly find themselves and reconnect with the peace and confidence within.

1:1 Breathwork Program

Your breath tells the truth about how safe you feel in your body.
It’s one of the simplest and most powerful tools we have and yet most of us go through life doing it wrong.

When we’re stuck in stress or control, our breath becomes shallow and restricted. Over time, this can keep the nervous system in survival mode, draining our energy and impacting everything from mood and hormones to focus and recovery.

In this Breathwork Program, we start by bringing awareness back to the way you breathe. You’ll learn how functional breathing supports your body’s natural healing processes through the BOHR effect, helping your cells receive more oxygen and your system find balance again. From there, we explore breath as a tool for nervous system regulation, expanding your window of tolerance and building emotional capacity so you can meet life from a grounded, regulated state.

Once your body feels safe, we go deeper. Into Conscious Connected Breathwork. These sessions are powerful opportunities to uncover and release patterns, emotions, and stories that have been held in the body for too long. It’s not about forcing or fixing, it’s about allowing. Letting the breath guide you into what’s ready to shift. Your body is so intelligent, and it will shifts what you are ready to let go of, even if you are not consciously aware of what it is that’s moving.

You’ll begin to notice:

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that works on the principle that life force energy flows through all living things. When this energy is balanced and flowing freely, the body, mind, and spirit are able to heal naturally. But when it becomes blocked or depleted (through stress, emotional pain, or physical trauma) we can experience physical tension, fatigue, or emotional imbalance.

Reiki gently supports the body in returning to harmony. It’s a hands-on (or hands-off) healing technique that helps clear energetic stagnation, soothe the nervous system, and activate the body’s innate healing intelligence.

My Reiki Energy Healing sessions combine energy work with my deep understanding of the nervous system, emotion, and embodiment.

These Reiki sessions are intuitively guided energetic recalibrations. I hold space for the energy to flow where it’s needed most, helping my clients release emotional density, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace and lightness.

Depending on the person, my sessions may include:

  • Energy clearing and balancing of the chakras and auric field

  • Intuitive guidance or messages that arise during the session

  • Grounding practices or integration tools to help clients embody the shifts

    Reiki can be experienced in person or from a distance, and can also be woven into Coaching or Breathwork journeys to support integration and energetic alignment.
