My workshops and talks are for athletes, teams, and high performers who want to understand themselves better, stay in control under pressure, and improve the way they think, feel, and perform.
I focus on nervous system regulation, functional breathwork, self-talk, self-belief, and deeper mindset patterns which from my experience, have been the real foundations of my performance that most people overlook.
How I Work
I show up to tell the truth about what it actually feels like to perform at a high level under pressure, to lose confidence, to push through burnout, and to find your way back to your centre.
With 9 years of experience as a professional athlete, I share from lived experience, what worked, what didn’t, and what I wish I’d known earlier.
I share in a way that are practical and relatable. I bring real stories, real tools, and real conversations that help people understand why they do what they do, and how to shift what needs to be shifted.
I create sessions around things like:
Breathwork for performance, focus, and staying calm under pressure
Nervous system regulation, how your body responds under stress, and how to work with it
Self-talk, self-belief, and confidence patterns that hold us back
Emotional awareness and regulation for clearer decision-making and communication
Resilience from the inside out
Leadership through presence, not pressure
These are the tools that help people feel more in control of their body, their mind, and their performance whether they’re on a court, in training, or in a workplace.
Why It Matters
Performance isn’t just physical. Your breath, your nervous system, and your internal dialogue shape how you show up, how you react under pressure, and how well you can use your skills when theyre needed. Most people have never been taught how to regulate themselves, how to handle pressure, or how to shift out of survival mode, and this understanding is our golden ticket.
